Durotech Durosheet BFM is a high performance sheet membrane
with a unique innovate fleece facing design. Suited for
waterproofing internal and external areas. The high
strength butyl backing provides world class leading
performance for a waterproofing system with
outstanding resistance to movement and flexing. BFM
system avoids down time for drying or curing, enabling
surface finishes and adhesives to be applied directly over
the sheet membrane.

PRECAUTONS

• Not to be used as an exposed membrane to UV without UV stable membrane coating
• Not to be used as a trafficable surface
• Not to be used directly over expansion joints
• Concrete surfaces containing residual moisture must be sealed with Duromix WBE HIBUILD vapour barrier primer before applying membrane
• Do not apply solvent based finishes or adhesives directly over Durosheet BFM
• All sheet joins must have a minimum 50mm overlap.
  All overlaps and junctions are to be coated with 100mm
  wide of Durotech liquid membrane.
